UPDATE - THE NEW DATES FOR THE FOUR YOGA RETREATS ARE:
JANUARY 7th
JANUARY 14th
FEBRUARY 4th
FEBRUARY 25th
Join us for mother / daughter yoga retreats designed to foster mutual respect, positive communication, and trust between moms (or any adult female role model) and daughters, while at the same time learning great yoga techniques and having a ton of fun! Activities will vary for each class but involve individual and partner yoga practices, self-care / restorative practices, breathing work, themed discussions, games, and many healthy, practical, and peaceful ideas to practice at home together.
Each retreat will focus on a different theme such as peace, truthfulness, or balance and moderation, representing yoga's universal principles of living mindfully in the world. Participants will be led in activities designed to provide practice and understanding of the theme of the day. No prior yoga experience is necessary!
