On September 14th, join us for dinner & drinks, live music, and a silent auction at Boston Golf Club!
Proceeds from the dinner will provide local families in need with fresh, organic food from local farms, including Holly Hill Farm and Norwell Farms. By attending, you’ll help to increase food security for South Shore families and you’ll support local agriculture! At the event, you’ll enjoy a delicious dinner prepared by Boston Golf Club's Chef Augie, live bluegrass music by The Brothers Weir, and a silent auction! You'll also have the chance to meet some of your local farmers, along with Blue Barn Farm Share Program family members.
Your participation will make a difference in the lives of families and farmers, and will support Blue Barn Farm Share Program’s mission to provide local families in need with no-fee nutrient dense, locally grown food, while also providing local farms market rate for the food they grow.
We look forward to seeing you there!

THE BLUE BARN FARM SHARE PROGRAM
Blue Barn is a 501(c)(3) non-profit founded in 2015 by Hingham's very own Kaysea Hart. Its mission is to support local families and local farms. Nearly 50% of those at risk for hunger in Southeastern Massachusetts earn too much to be eligible for government-provided emergency food assistance, and it is this demographic that Blue Barn seeks to help. As one beneficiary of Blue Barn’s farm share program wrote:
The share is unbelievable. I’ve been trying to work on my own health and the health of my family by eating healthier food but it has been difficult because it’s very expensive to buy organic, local foods in the markets. This is good food. When my kids eat this food they are nourished and they’re full after eating it. I feel like I’m healing them from the inside out.
