Only 50 seats are available and are being sold solely through this page. Due to the limited seating available at The Corner Stop, tickets are limited to current OCMS Elementary students and 1 adult guest (each).

Tickets: We only have 50 seats available and these are being sold on a first-come-first-serve basis through this page only. Your purchase will include a family-style meal, special dessert and dinner service. Beverages are not included. All OCMS Elementary students and their parents/caregivers must have a ticket to join us for this special event (Since space is so limited, this farm-to-fork dinner is limited to our Elementary students and 1 special adult guest. This will enable us to be able to share this event with as many of our Elementary students as possible).
Summary: A special OCMS Farm to Fork Dinner at The Corner Stop on June 7th 5:30pm – 7:00pm to celebrate OCMS’s Organic Gardening Program. We will have a fun, family-style, organic vegetarian meal designed to highlight all of the fresh organic ingredients grown and harvested by our OCMS Elementary students under the expert direction of Jonny Belber and his education staff at Holly Hill Farm. It promises to be a special evening and we hope that you can make it!

OUR GROWING AND HARVEST PLANS THIS SPRING!
Our students will be working hard this spring. Here’s a fun timeline of how the spring will shape up as our students grow and harvest fresh food for our June 7th meal!
March 7th: start seeds for greenhouse germination (spinach, peas, lettuces)
March 14th: turn the beds, add compost, start and sow peas directly in the ground
March 21st: start spinach seeds in the ground, transplant strawberries
March 28th: trellis for the peas, transplant herbs, start kale seeds in trays
April 4th: begin some Summer crops in trays, make compost, add compost
April 11th: plant potatoes
April 18th: vacation week
April 25th: direct sow radishes and beets, transplant kale
May 2nd: begin trays of beans, sunflowers, corn, squash
May 9th: transplant outside, hill the potatoes
May 16th: direct sow and plant outside basil, pumpkins
May 23rd: transplant, cultivate build structures for plants
May 30th: field trip to Holly Hill Farm
June 6th: harvest for the Corner Stop
June 13th: Harvest party at the school
