Join John & Patrick of TechGroms for an awesome Coding & Robotics Workshop at the Hingham Community Center!

This hour and a half workshop will use LEGO WeDo to teach kids, ages 7-10, basic coding and robotics skills. Workshop participants will have fun building a LEGO model and will then have the opportunity to program their model, allowing them to explore coding and robotics while also helping to establish a strong STEM foundation!

Two identical workshops will be offered, so pick the one that best suits your busy summer schedule!

Dates: Thursday, August 24th  OR  Wednesday, August 30th

Time: 4:00 - 5:30pm

Cost: $35 (pre-registration is required for participation and spots are limited - don't miss out!)

Where: The Hingham Community Center

The Hingham Community Center is centrally located at 70 South Street, in downtown Hingham, MA. The community center will be celebrating its 300th anniversary next year and is an awesome and historic venue for classes, workshops, programs, and a myriad of activities!  The Coding & Robotics Workshop will take place in the upstairs classroom.

How To Register: You must pre-register on this page in order to participate! We expect spots to go quickly, so don't miss out!

Other Information: All laptops and technology required for the class will be provided.  If you have any questions about the workshop, please send John an e-mail at techgroms@gmail.com - thank you!

Also, each workshop needs between 6 and 10 participants in order to happen, so please share this page with your family and friends.  It's easy to do on social media or via e-mail or text message!

We look forward to seeing you at the Hingham Community Center on either August 24th or August 30th. This Coding & Robotics Workshop is going to be a great experience!
